Electrical Requirements:
We bring all the necessary cables to power
the movie ride up to 200 feet away from the electricity source.
The movie ride requires a supply of at least 30 amps of
electricity at 208 or 220 volts, PLUS about 10
amps of electricity at 110 or 120 volts. There are a few easy ways to do
this:

A NEMA 14-50 outlet,
commonly known as a 'range outlet' in North America.
It supplies 50 amps of electricity at 220v.
We can get all the 220v AND 110v power we need
from this single plug.

A NEMA 14-30
(dryer) outlet, plus a (regular) NEMA 5-15 outlet.
We get 30 amps of 220 from the 14-30, and 15 amps of 110 from
the 5-15 outlet.

A NEMA L14-30 outlet, plus a (regular) NEMA 5-15 outlet.
We get 30 amps of 220 from the L14-30, and 15 amps of 110 from
the 5-15.

A
NEMA L21-30 outlet. This is a 3 phase outlet, found more
commonly in industrial environments.
This single plug comfortably supplies all our 220v and 110v
requirements.

Just
a NEMA L14-30 outlet.
This is a less desirable situation, but if need be, and if the
breaker is in good shape, we can power the entire unit from this
outlet alone. However, the circuit breaker may trip
occasionally, causing delays of operation while things are
reset.
